The Riana Primary School will be celebrating 70 years since the stone was laid at the current school at 1225 Pine Road Riana.
In February 1955 the first intake of students from Grade 1 – 9 were welcomed at the Riana Area School with the appointment of Mr William (Bill) Bowles. as the First Headmaster.
On Friday 25th October 2024 The Riana Primary School will Celebrate this momentous occasion at 11am with the 70th Birthday Assembly.
The community and families are invited. The school choir will be performing plus the unveiling of the mural, former students sharing about their time at school.

Later that day, join the family fun from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM in the school grounds, featuring: memorabilia displays, old-time classroom experiences, scavenger hunt, photo booth, market stalls, raffle draw, delicious Devonshire tea, just to name a few!
Dinner will be available at the Community Centre From 6pm All Welcome
