The Central Coast Garden Club is excited to host its annual Flower Show. Exhibitors will stage their displays on Friday, 13th September, from 10 AM to 12 PM, under the guidance of the officiating steward. Judging will begin at 1 PM on Friday, and all exhibits must meet a high standard. Please note that all entries must be grown by the exhibitor, and the judges’ decisions are final.
Tasmanian standards may differ from those used interstate or internationally. The show will feature 13 divisions of daffodils, 32 divisions of cut flowers, 9 divisions of floral art, and 8 divisions of potted plants. Additionally, there will be trade tables offering cuttings and plants for sale, and a garden photography section. Refreshments, including soup, sandwiches, and Devonshire teas, will be available.
The Flower Show has a rich history, having been previously held in the Ulverstone Town Hall and the Anglican Church before moving to the current venue at the Rowing Club eight years ago. For more information,
