Visitors to Tasmania’s Iconic Horsetail Falls now have the opportunity to get right up close to the falls and enjoy spectacular views from Queenstown to the coast.
Minister for Parks and Environment, Nick Duigan, said the $600,000 stage two of the Horsetail Falls North-West walk and track upgrades are complete.
“It’s really exciting that this track has now reopened to the public for all to enjoy,” Minister Duigan said.
“The new section of track provides an added experience for visitors as it now extends right to the edge of the falls.
“The two kilometre track and new platform provide excellent views and it’s been a real pleasure to see the magnificent upgrades for myself.
