EVENT DETAILS
The event will provide opportunities to:
- fold cranes
- place cranes to create an artwork
- learn about overdose
- hear personal stories from our own Lived Experience Advocates
- be a part of a minute’s silence to remember those lost to overdose
- chat over a cuppa and refreshments
Share the photos of your cranes on social media to amplify our message of ending overdose. Use the hashtags #EndOverdose, #OverdoseAware, and #IOAD2024, and mention @OverdoseDay.
Bring folded cranes to your event to show your support. If you haven’t folded a crane, or if you can’t fold a crane pre-folded cranes will be available on the day so everyone can be part of creating the art installation.
