South Riana Memorial Hall hosted a wonderful day on Sunday July 14th for children, their family or carer, which included aunts and grandparents.
It was wonderful to see the hall and stage being used by some amazing creative minds that filled the tables with some brilliant masterpieces.
The children had many activities to choose from: amazing creative wands and imaginative constructions, painting, chalk pictures, building a train track, quoits, eatable necklaces, an indoor camp scene (complete with tent), to name a few. There were also quiet spaces with rugs, cushions and books.
Lunch was laid out on long tables down the centre of the hall and included home-made soup, sandwiches, fruit, nibbles and more.
The day was full of laughter and friendship, and was such a success that we hope it will be repeated in the future.
Thank you to all the children and families who came from all along the North West Coast to spend some time in our country Hall
